Baikal in the winter is special. The purity of the space helped to clear the information noise and the geometry of the ice crystals inspired new imagery. The sound of Lithuanian traditional songs gave the experience of sound synergy, the unconventional format of the forum broadened our perception, and the hike on the ice of Lake Baikal (23 km) demonstrated the potential of emotional leadership.
