With every idea, we enter a zone where many things happen BETWEEN the lines...
Do you recognize these situations?
Often we have a clear organizational structure, but it doesn't necessarily work in the real life of the organization as it is designed.
We have job descriptions, departmental responsibilities, and roles, but often the descriptions are for the sake of formality, and the real relationships between colleagues are a different thing.
We go to meetings to deal with issues that are important to the organization, but then it becomes something like playing in the sandbox.
We set ambitious goals, and we prepare a realistic plan to achieve them, but we do not notice how the intended participants in the project lose their energy, get caught up in analyzing contradictions, and stagnate instead of being active.

There are two different levels in organizations: business and living systems.
At the business level, we manage resources and time, so we seem to manage everything!
But at the level of the living system, the business is managed by life.

WHAT IS SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION?

Constellation is a practical, you could say 3D, an approach that allows you to dig deep into your organization's problems and find unexpected solutions. Learning is interactive and surprises with new perceptions.

Constellations see the individual, the team, the organization as part of a larger living system, exploring the invisible connections of the organizational field. This opens up new possibilities and a new sphere of influence in business management.

A systems approach allows us to see the unconscious intentions of the larger system behind our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Understanding this is the start of a new movement - qualitative change.

IVETA APINE

Founder of "Systemic Constellations Center Riga"

  • From 2000 to 2011 she worked as a business coach in the fields of time management, communication, and leadership, as well as a systemic coach. She was a member of the board of the first ICF in Latvia and contributed to the development of the coaching profession.
  • In 2012, the systemic constellations approach to life and organizations became Iveta's core practice.
  • In 2016, she founded "Systemic Constellations Center Riga" and became an official coach of the Bert Hellinger Institute (Netherlands).

Rasa Baltė Balčiūnienė

Founder of the "HAI Institute"

  • In 2005 she started to develop and lead Conscious Leadership programs based on ontopsychological practices. The ontopsychological approach has become Rasa's core competence.
  • In 2010 she started to apply the Organisational Constellations approach in her consulting projects.
  • Rasa has been a business practitioner since 1993. She founded and continues to develop the following brands: "Femina Bona" (since 1993), "HAI Institute" (since 2005), "AMRES ART" (since 2017).
Many years of practice have led to a deep understanding of the context of business owners and top-level executives.
